Gado-Gado (Mixed Vegetables in Peanut Sauce)

Ingredients:
0.50 lb Green beans
20.00 oz Spinach, fresh
0.50 ea Cabbage; sliced fine
1.00 lb Bean sprouts
1.00 lb Potato, new
3.00 ea Egg, hard boiled

Instructions:
Cook potatoes with the skins on.
Blanch vegetables until tender- crisp.
Chill all cooked vegetables; arrange attractively.
Serve with saus kaçang.
Number of Servings: 4 Approx. Cook Time: 0:10

My vote will be for this one. Mainly because, it don't have any meat and it seems to be very simple and easy.
